COOL DRY ROSÉ DOC
Dry Rosé wines are very "IN" and getting more so.
Not many years ago, White Zinfandel was the only Rosé most wine drinkers knew; hence thought all Rosé wines were sweet.
Today, knowledge of dry Rosé is large and their use is as well. Think of a warm sunny afternoon with lunch alfresco and a glass of cool dry Rosé. What could be better!
It is just that scene, on the shore of Garda Lake in north Italy where the international set can be seen sipping the local Rosé, Chiaretto di Bardolino, and Cool Dry Rosé.
San Giuseppe is DOC Chiaretto di Bardolino, a heritage wine, well known and admired for many years.
Made from the Corvina, Molinara, and Rondinella grapes that make Bardolino with the skins removed when the juice is rose. Fermentation with the skins makes the wines red.
San Giuseppe COOL DRY ROSÉ is complex and keeps your interest before, during, and after lunch or dinner
