About this Selection:
San Giuseppe is pleased to reintroduce one of Italy's best white wines, Soave Classico. It has been fifteen years since San Giuseppe has offered a Soave. At that time, Pinot Grigio was the rising star of Italian white wine while Soave had already reached its summit.

Today, most Soave is no longer a bulk, high volume white wine. Rather, Soave Classico is a small production, high quality premium wine.

Serve with white clam sauce, shrimp and other Italian dishes. Use whenever you would serve a Chardonnay.

The Grape:
San Giuseppe Soave Classico is made with 100% Garganica grapes grown on our estate in the delimited "Classico" zone.

Winemaker Notes:
San Giuseppe Soave Classico represents text book Soave. No short cuts. No Trebbiano grapes. No grapes grown in the valley. Estate bottled.
